OUTRAGE: Democrats Step In To DEFEND RINO House Speaker

Representative Ro Khanna (D-CA) stated during an appearance on ABC’s “This Week” that he is in favor of tabling any motion to remove House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) from his position. Khanna’s decision is based on Johnson’s efforts to push forward a foreign aid package consisting of individual bills to aid Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

Host Jonathan Karl said, “Congressman Khanna, does Speaker Johnson deserve credit for how this played out?”

Khanna said, “He does. Look, we came into Congress together and he always cared about civility. He actually led the civility pledge. And he – we had one issue, which was give individual votes. Don’t lump things together. And I give him credit for doing this. I would actually vote to table any motion to vacate him. You know, Congressman McCaul quoted Churchill. One of the things Churchill said is that America always exhausted every wrong option until doing the right thing. And this shows that American democracy still is very strong.”

Karl said, “You just said something significant. You said you would oppose the tabled – the motion to vacate. In other words, you will protect Speaker Johnson’s job if Marjorie Taylor Greene and the others go through with their threat to try to remove him?”

Khanna said, “I would, through the end of the term. I expect Speaker Jeffries will be there in 2025.

Karl said, “Right – not – speaker, yes. Yes.

Khanna said, “But look, I’m a progressive Democrat and I think you would have a few progressive Democrats doing that. And I disagree with Speaker Johnson on many issues and have been very critical of him. But he did the right thing here and he deserves to keep his job until the end of his term.”

Shock Videos: Far-Left Rioters TEAR Down American Flags

Yale University witnessed a distressing incident on Friday night, as anti-Israel protesters took down an American flag, leaving Jewish students and the university community feeling intimidated. The incident was captured on video and quickly spread across social media platforms, showcasing activists wearing kaffiyehs, who cheered and celebrated while dismantling the Stars and Stripes.

The Yale Daily News reported:

“On Saturday night, more than 500 protesters gathered in Beinecke Plaza, and at 12:18 a.m., protesters announced that no arrests would be made that night. There were also pro-Israel counter-protesters present from around 11:32 p.m. to around 12:50 a.m. time, largely remaining on Beinecke Plaza in front of Woodbridge Hall. At peak, about 25 counter-protesters were present. An organizer of the encampment, who requested anonymity due to safety concerns, told the News that the group will be staying on Beinecke Plaza overnight and reiterated that they would continue their encampment on the Plaza until Yale meets their demands for disclosure and divestment [from Israel].”

The Jerusalem Post has stated that a Jewish student was struck in the eye with a flagpole, while the Yale protesters were seen displaying signs in memory of a deceased Palestinian terrorist who had abducted and killed an Israeli. At Columbia University, anti-Israel demonstrators have unlawfully taken over the campus. Video footage from the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) shows the Columbia protesters chanting slogans in support of terrorism.

WATCH: Biden SLAMMED After Yet Another Ridiculous Gaffe

During his address to voters, President Joe Biden appeared to stumble over his words. On that particular Thursday, Biden posed the question, “Are you ready to choose unity over division? Dignity over demolition? Truth over lies? Are you ready to choose freedom over democracy? Because that’s America.”

Following this, the president openly acknowledged that he had been “doing this a long—,” before adding, “I know I only look like I’m 40, but I’ve been doing this a long time.”

These statements were made during an event in Pennsylvania, where President Biden graciously accepted the Kennedy family’s endorsement for his re-election campaign.

WATCH: Top Dem SNAPS At Reporter Over This One Question

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, a Democrat, defended his administration’s actions in a sensitive case during a press conference on Friday, as reported by the Daily Wire. In response to questions about the alleged concealment of a transgender teenager’s identity, who was arrested for planning school shootings, Elrich firmly addressed a reporter.

The tension rose as the reporter pressed Elrich on the county’s reluctance to reveal the suspect’s transgender status, referencing similar recent cases. This incident marked the fourth time such a situation had occurred, according to the Daily Wire.

“Because it’s not a lede,” Elrich responded, Daily Wire reported. “You know, how — do you publicize every time somebody gets murdered that it’s a white Christian male, who’s heterosexual? No, you don’t, you don’t — are these the only crimes that get committed? You never publish somebody’s sexual orientation when you talk about them.”

Elrich further added: “Why are you focused on it being a transgender is beyond me. It is not a news story. It is not a crime to be transgender. And I’m sorry you feel that way,” he added.

The 18-year-old individual, who identifies as male, was apprehended by law enforcement with the help of the FBI. Officials found a 129-page document detailing plans to carry out an assault on an elementary school and other locations, as reported by the Daily Wire.

Breaking: Dems PANIC As Trump Unveils Secret Weapon

According to a report on Friday, Michael Avenatti, a former attorney who was imprisoned for his involvement in defrauding Stormy Daniels and attempting to extort Nike, is said to be in discussions with Donald Trump’s legal team regarding his hush money trial. The New York Post stated that Avenatti has claimed that Trump’s attorneys have reached out to him and that he has been engaged in conversations with them for several months.

“I’d be more than happy to testify, I don’t know that I will be called to testify, but I have been in touch with Trump’s defense for the better part of year,” he told The Post.

The Post reported that Avenatti refused to provide additional information regarding his claimed discussions. Previously, the ex-attorney was a prominent adversary of Trump throughout his presidency, even advocating for his indictment in 2018. However, Avenatti’s stance has since changed, as he now defends the former president.

“There’s no question [the trial] is politically motivated because they’re concerned that he may be reelected,” Avenatti told The Post. “If the defendant was anyone other than Donald Trump, this case would not have been brought at this time, and for the government to attempt to bring this case and convict him in an effort to prevent tens of millions of people from voting for him, I think it’s just flat out wrong, and atrocious.

“I’m really bothered by the fact that Trump, in my view, has been targeted. Four cases is just over the top and I think there’s a significant chance that this is going to all backfire and is going to propel him to the White House,” he added. “Depending on what happens, this could constitute pouring jet fuel on his campaign.”

Avenatti implied that Daniels might engage in perjury if she were summoned to the witness stand for testifying in Trump’s trial concerning hush money, set to commence on Monday.

“Stormy Daniels is going to say whatever she believes is going to assist Stormy Daniels and putting more money in her pocket,” Avenatti said. “If Stormy Daniels’s lips are moving, she’s lying for money.”

Avenatti indicated that she may not be a dependable witness in the forthcoming trial, citing her track record of making assertions about communicating with deceased individuals and her ownership of a supposedly “haunted” doll named Susan.

“I don’t know how you can possibly put someone who makes those claims on the witness stand and use them as a star witness in a case against a former president United States who’s running for president. That is just absolutely ludicrous to me.”

Avenatti denied he is seeking clemency from Trump in a second term and said his change of heart “was not motivated by the former president’s famous susceptibility to flattery,” The Post reported. “I’m not saying any of this because I’m seeking a pardon,” Avenatti said.

Avenatti garnered attention last week after engaging in a telephone interview with MSNBC’s Ari Melber, where he shared his perspective on the hush money case involving Trump.

“You know, I think the case has a lot of problems. Now that– I don’t mean to suggest that means that Trump will not be convicted because I think he will be convicted,” he said.

“I don’t think that he can get a fair trial in New York. And to the people who claim that in fact, he can get a fair trial in New York with a New York jury, I would ask them, if they were to go to sleep tonight and wake up tomorrow and find out that the case had been moved to Mississippi or Alabama, would they still think the trial was going to be fair?” Avenatti said.

Total Betrayal: Mike Johnson Gives Democrats EVEYRTHING

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) presented President Joe Biden with a $61 billion donation on Saturday afternoon, going back on his previous commitment to not support foreign aid until the country’s border was secured. Several Democrats, along with a few Republicans, expressed their support by cheering, chanting “Ukraine,” and waving Ukrainian flags as the vote for Ukraine aid came to an end.

“It is in violation of decorum to waive flags on the floor,” Johnson scored Democrats.

The foreign aid for Ukraine was approved with a vote of 311 in favor and 112 against. Notably, Republican Dan Mauser (R-PA) chose to abstain from voting. Once again, Johnson disregarded the Hastert Rule, as only 101 Republicans supported his decision while a clear majority of 112 opposed it.

Republican House members distributed a document that detailed Johnson’s repeated insistence that the House would not move forward with the foreign aid package until America’s southern border was secured. Johnson’s change of stance came after publicly expressing uncertainty in early March, following a meeting at the White House on February 28. This reversal can be attributed to months of influence from both the White House and establishment Republicans.

“We’ve been working with him for months to try to get him there,” one anonymous lawmaker told Politico, which said Johnson’s Ukraine bill would “grant Biden a major foreign policy victory that has eluded him for a year.”

Mike Johnson’s initiation into the White House and intelligence state reeducation program commenced immediately after he assumed his position. As reported by Politico, the administration organized a series of confidential briefings for Johnson and other lawmakers to provide them with updates on the deteriorating situation in Ukraine. These briefings began just days after Johnson became the speaker.

Prominent officials, including CIA Director William Burns and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, were actively involved in conducting these briefings. The Ukraine bill, which is part of a larger foreign aid package, does not encompass provisions for border security.

Earlier in the day, Johnson conducted a vote on a border security bill. However, he moved this bill under suspension of the rules, necessitating a two-thirds majority for its passage. Unfortunately, the bill received 215 votes in favor and 199 votes in opposition, resulting in its failure. Once the bill reaches the Senate, it is anticipated that they will take prompt action on it.

Just In: U.S. Orders Immediate Withdraw Of Troops

According to The Washington Post, three U.S. officials have confirmed that the United States has agreed to withdraw its military personnel from Niger. This decision was made in response to a request from Niger’s government, which was prompted by a military coup in 2023 that resulted in a junta taking control and labeling the U.S. military presence as “illegal.”

During a meeting between Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell and Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Lamine Zeine, the U.S. agreed to remove over 1,000 troops, raising concerns about the future of a $110 million American air base. The officials will soon commence the planning process for the withdrawal, with the objective of executing an organized and responsible exit. This will necessitate coordination with the Defense Department, as stated by the publication.

“The Prime Minister has asked us to withdraw U.S. troops, and we have agreed to do that,” a senior State Department official told The Washington Post.

“We’ve agreed to begin conversations within days about how to develop a plan,” a senior State Department official said, according to The Washington Post. “They’ve agreed that we do it in an orderly and responsible way. And we will need to probably dispatch folks to Niamey to sit down and hash it out. And that of course will be a Defense Department project.”

The cessation of security cooperation and U.S. military operations, such as drone flights, has placed American forces in a state of uncertainty. The recent alliance between Niger and Russia, evident by the presence of Russian military instructors in Niamey to train and equip local forces with air defense systems, has further exacerbated the diplomatic deadlock, as reported by The Washington Post. The shift away from American ties has triggered local protests in Niamey, with hundreds of individuals demonstrating against the presence of U.S. military personnel. Despite these challenges, U.S. officials remain hopeful about the possibility of restoring diplomatic relations with Niger, according to The Washington Post.

On Thursday, Republican Florida Representative Matt Gaetz released a report asserting that American military personnel stationed in Niger are facing an “imminent risk” due to what he claims is the State Department’s concealment of intelligence. In his report titled “Unwelcome in Niger,” Gaetz argues that the lack of support from the State and Defense Departments puts U.S. troops in Niger in jeopardy.

The report includes testimonies from various service members, including a highly ranked enlisted officer, who express feelings of abandonment and claim to have been hindered from fulfilling their missions and returning home after deployment. These troops reached out to Gaetz in April to voice their concerns.

Top Dems Now Fear ARREST After Bombshell News

Some Democrats who are part of the House January 6 Committee, which is known for its strong political bias, have expressed concerns about the possibility of being detained if Donald Trump returns to power in the future.

According to CBS News, Trump brought up this concern by posting on social media last month, claiming that former Representative Liz Cheney and other committee members should face imprisonment. Cheney, who is one of the two Republicans on the committee, lost her reelection campaign in Wyoming in 2022.

“She should go to jail along with the rest of the Unselect Committee!” he wrote.

The committee was dissolved following the Republicans’ victory in the 2022 midterm elections, which allowed them to regain control of the House of Representatives. California Representatives Adam Schiff, Pete Aguilar, and Zoe Lofgren voiced their strong apprehension over President Trump’s statements about potentially incarcerating committee members.

“One of the things that I observed during our Jan. 6 committee work was that when Trump says something, he intends to do it,” Lofgren told CBS News. “I take that lesson to heart.”

Police officers who appeared before the committee conveyed concerns regarding possible retaliation from another term under the Trump administration.

“Anybody who has testified against him or spoken out in a public capacity should be worried,” Harry Dunn, a former U.S. Capitol police officer and Democratic congressional candidate in Maryland, told CBS News. “Trump means what he says.”

In a statement given to CBS News, a representative for Trump criticized the Jan. 6 committee as a fraud, claiming that it had misled the American public for years and hidden evidence that supposedly cleared Trump and his supporters of involvement in an insurrection. Trump’s response was prompted by a report from Just the News revealing that Cheney was present at the deposition of a Secret Service agent who recounted Trump’s presence in the limousine leaving the Stop the Steal rally on January 6. Instead of going to the Capitol as promised, the limousine took Trump to the White House.

Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White House staffer summoned by Cheney to testify against Trump before the House Jan. 6 select committee, alleged that she overheard Secret Service agents discussing an incident where Trump tried to take control of the presidential limousine’s steering wheel from the back seat.

“The driver testified that he specifically refuted the version of events as recounted by Hutchinson,” the report released by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., chair of the House Administration subcommittee on Jan. 6, noted. “The driver of the SUV testified that he ‘did not see him reach [redacted]. [President Trump] never grabbed the steering wheel.

“I didn’t see him, you know, lunge to try to get into the front seat at all,’” the agent testified.

During February, the Oversight Subcommittee of the House Administration Committee, which is tasked with investigating the 2021 Capitol riot and the previous Democrat-led inquiry, made a troubling discovery. It was revealed that over 100 files were encrypted and deleted from hard drives during the transition to GOP control in January 2023. This information was reported by the New York Post.

The Republican Chairman Barry Loudermilk from Georgia was supposed to receive four terabytes of archived data from the select committee. However, the committee only provided two terabytes of data, as per the outlet’s report. In a separate statement, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) criticized the committee.

“As I said from day one, Nancy Pelosi’s sham January 6th Committee was illegitimate and unconstitutional. It should come as a surprise to no one that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney’s fake committee illegally deleted records of their sham investigation and obstructed justice,” Stefanik wrote in a post to X Tuesday. “The American people deserve full transparency.”

ALERT: Trump Gets BAD News Over Jurors…

According to Maggie Haberman of the New York Times, it is common for potential jurors in Trump’s case to have left-leaning political views. This observation aligns with the concerns of many Republicans who believe that Donald Trump will not receive a fair trial in Manhattan, especially considering that President Joe Biden secured over 86 percent of the vote in the area during the 2020 election.

“One thing that’s been striking during this round of voir dire is there a lot of people who, based on their answers, are more left-of-center than not, politically,” wrote Haberman.

“But some seem to be trying to show they can consider alternative viewpoints, and others seem to want to show they believe in the concept of jury service as independent from personal opinions,” she added.

In high-profile court proceedings, judges and lawyers meticulously assess “covert jurors,” individuals who actively seek to be chosen for the case in order to influence the final decision.

“Only about 12 percent of the people in this area voted for Trump,” constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley told Fox News. “The jurors you have to worry about are the ones who are sort of ‘Trojan horse jurors,’ who are hiding bias that doesn’t appear on social media or are involved in any formal charges like the one that was just removed today.”

During the jury selection process for the Trump case, potential jurors are presented with a series of 42 questions. It has been argued that these questions may favor the prosecution. Additionally, the jurors are subjected to examination by both the prosecution and defense attorneys.

“Now we have seen jurors who have later been found to have misrepresented their histories in a couple of prior cases involving Trump associates,” Turley continued. “In both those cases, the judges in Washington, DC, refused to reconsider the verdict. And so this is a very important stage to try to filter out these types of jurors.”

Two jurors were excused by New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan on Thursday. One of them was dismissed due to the woman’s worries about her identity being revealed to the public. The second juror was excused for reasons that remain undisclosed, as reported by court reporters.

The case has seen the judge seating 12 jurors and one alternate so far. However, an additional five alternates are still required to reach a total of 18. The jury selection process, which began on Thursday, is expected to conclude early next week.

Alvin Bragg, the Democrat Manhattan District Attorney, has brought forth 34 felony charges against Trump. These charges accuse him of falsifying documents in order to cover up a sex scandal. This trial marks the first criminal trial of a United States president. According to a poll conducted by the AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research on Tuesday, only approximately one-third of U.S. adults believe that Trump committed any illegal actions in relation to this case.

ALERT: ‘Hush Money’ Judge Gives Trump BIG Win

According to a report from Newsweek, Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the hush money case involving former President Donald Trump, has ruled in favor of Trump’s legal team. This ruling grants them access to the private information of the jurors. The decision was made in response to concerns raised by some potential jurors regarding the leakage of their private information and the disclosure of their identities.

“Merchan sided with Trump’s attorneys on Thursday, agreeing that it was ‘necessary’ for counsel to know the current and previous employers of the potential jurors, but that those details did not need to be publicized by the press,” the report said.

The prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office have suggested that jurors avoid answering two specific questions, labeled as 3A and 3, which are considered to be the most revealing. These questions pertain to the juror’s current and previous employers.

On Thursday, Trump returned to the Manhattan Criminal Court to continue with the jury selection for the hush money case. Although seven jurors had already been chosen earlier in the week, one of them raised concerns about impartiality on Thursday. The juror mentioned that external influences from friends and family had impacted her ability to make an objective decision in the case.

After dismissing the juror, Merchan chided the media: “We just lost what would have been a very good juror for this case.”

Later, another “selected on Tuesday returned to the court to express ‘annoyance’ about the amount of information that had been put out there. He was also excused,” Newsweek reported.

Adam Klasfeld, a contributor for MSNBC, stated that Merchan addressed the media immediately after the removal of the juror. Merchan emphasized that revealing excessive personal details about the jurors goes against the intention of maintaining their anonymity, which is crucial for protecting them from external influences and ensuring their well-being.

“The press is certainly able and permitted to write about anything that’s on the record, because it’s on the record,” said Merchan. “But I’m directing that the press simply applies common sense.”

At the end of the day, there were a total of 12 jurors and one alternate present in the courtroom. The court’s objective is to choose the remaining five alternates by Friday, in order to ensure that the scheduled opening remarks can take place on Monday. Throughout the week, Trump has been present at a Manhattan courthouse and has openly expressed his discontentment with the ongoing criminal case against him.

“I’m supposed to be in New Hampshire, I’m supposed to be in Georgia, I’m supposed to be in North Carolina, in South Carolina, I’m supposed to be a lot of places campaigning. But I’ve been here all day on a trial that really is a very unfair trial. These are all stories, this is from the last few days,” Trump declared while holding a stack of news articles slamming his trial.

In an endeavor to vindicate himself, Trump perused articles from the Wall Street Journal and National Review. He then turned to Fox News legal analysts for support.

“‘The whopping outrage in Trump’s indictment,’” he said, reading the headline from an article by Fox News’ Andrew McCarthy. He then cited two more Fox News analysts. “Jonathan Turley. Gregg Jarrett. Andrew McCarthy. Every one of them saying, they call it a zombie case, meaning it is no case. And they say it’s unconstitutional.”

Trump then went off about the temperature in the courtroom.

“And I’m sitting here for days now from morning until night in that freezing room,” he went on. “Everybody was freezing in there. And all for this. This is your result.”
