Biden Gives Netanyahu TERRIBLE News

President Joe Biden conveyed to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a phone conversation on Saturday that the United States does not endorse or engage in any form of Israeli retaliation against the unprecedented assault on Israel originating from Iranian territory. This message was shared as Israel emerged relatively unharmed from the barrage of Iranian drones and missiles. This information was reported by Axios.

“You got a win. Take the win,” Biden said, according to a source Axios identified only as a “senior White House official.”

The official said Netanyahu told Biden he understood the U.S. president’s position.

To summarize the assault, The New York Times stated that nearly all of the over 300 missiles and drones launched towards Israel were successfully intercepted, resulting in minimal damage. However, it is noteworthy that Iran violated a significant boundary by firing weapons from its own territory into Israeli territory.

“Had defenses not held, scores or hundreds could have been killed,” the Times reported.

Iran has declared that its retaliation has concluded in response to the deaths of seven Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps officers who were killed in an April attack on the Iranian Embassy in Damascus, Syria. While Israel has not officially taken responsibility for the attack, it is widely believed to be the culprit.

“The matter can be deemed concluded,” the Iranian Mission to the United Nations said in a statement published on X on Saturday evening.“However, should the Israeli regime make another mistake, Iran’s response will be considerably more severe. It is a conflict between Iran and the rogue Israeli regime, from which the U.S. MUST STAY AWAY!”

OUTRAGE: Judge Forces Trump To SKIP Son’s Graduation

Justice Juan Merchan of the New York Supreme Court has yet to make a decision regarding former President Donald Trump’s request to attend his son Barron Trump’s high school graduation instead of attending the trial. The trial, initiated by Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, began on Monday and Trump is facing 34 felony charges related to falsifying business records in connection with payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels.

It is important to note that Trump is not being accused of “covering up a sex scandal,” as clarified by Breitbart News. Despite denying all charges, Trump could potentially face imprisonment if found guilty. While the jury selection process is underway for the criminal trial, Trump’s legal team has requested that he be allowed to skip the trial on May 17 in order to attend his son’s graduation ceremony in Florida, his home state. Although Justice Merchan has acknowledged the request, he has not yet issued a ruling on the matter.

“It really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial,” Merchan said.

It is possible that Trump will have to skip his youngest son’s high school graduation due to what some have labeled as another witch hunt.

Prior to entering a New York courtroom on Monday, Trump addressed the reporters and asserted that this is yet another instance of “political prosecution.”

“Nothing like this has ever happened before,” the former president said. “There is no case and they’ve [legal experts] said that — people that don’t necessarily follow or like Donald Trump.”

“This case was brought as political persecution,” Trump continued. “This is a persecution like never before.”

“And again, it’s a case that should have never been brought. It’s an assault on America. And that’s why I’m very proud to be here. This is an assault on our country,” he said, adding that the country is being run by “an incompetent man who is very much involved in this case.”

“This is really an attack on a political opponent. That’s all it is. So I’m very honored to be here,” Trump added.

Despite initially appearing to be on the verge of defeat, Moicano fought back with determination and ultimately secured victory by delivering a series of powerful strikes. Following his triumph, he took hold of the microphone and delivered an impactful message.

The fireworks persisted as the Brazilian wrestler took the microphone from Joe Rogan during the post-fight interview and delivered an impassioned speech in support of America.

“I’m a huge advocate of the First Amendment, and of course, I want the $300k bonus, but they not going to give me because somebody says this is f*cking Disney, you cannot curse…so I’m not going to do my speech, but first off all I love America, I love the constitution, I love the first amendment, I want to f*cking carry all the f*cking guns, I love private property, If you care about your f*cking country, read Ludwig von Mises and the six lessons of the Austrian economic school, motherf*cker.”

Top Dem FLIPS On Biden, Issues Direct Demand

Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) stated during an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union” that President Joe Biden must not give in to the extreme elements within his party when it comes to Israel.

Host Jake Tapper asked, “A senior administration official tells CNN that the President Biden, told Prime Minister Netanyahu that the U.S. will not participate in any offensive operations against Iran. Do you think that’s the right call or should direct U.S. military action, as some of your colleagues in the Senate are suggesting, should that be on the table?”

Fetterman said, “I don’t agree with that, I just think we should follow and have Israel’s back in the situation. I don’t agree with the president.”

Fetterman added, “The president is entitled to his own views and whatever he decides to do. But I would never capitulate to the fringe. I’ll never pander to that as well. In fact, that empowers Hamas and Hamas, they’re actually convinced they’re winning the PR war. And they’re never going to negotiate at this point. They think that they’re going to hold onto the very end.”

Just IN: American Truckers REVOLT Against California

Minority truckers are facing challenges in maintaining their businesses due to the strict green regulations imposed by the state of California, as reported by individuals impacted who spoke with the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB), the environmental regulatory agency of California, is set to prohibit the sale of new diesel heavy-duty trucks beginning in 2036, with a goal of enhancing health outcomes for minority communities. This mandate is just one of many similar regulations introduced in recent years, all of which have significantly hindered the ability of minorities to run their own trucking companies and pursue the American dream, according to some of these small business owners who spoke with the DCNF.

“Many California neighborhoods, especially Black and Brown, low-income and vulnerable communities, live, work, play and attend schools adjacent to the ports, railyards, distribution centers and freight corridors and experience the heaviest truck traffic,” CARB said in 2020 after proposing its most recent “clean truck” rule. The agency stated that the implementation of that specific regulation for trucks was partly driven by the need to tackle the “disproportionate risks and health and pollution burdens affecting these communities.”

Bureaucrats are presenting the rules as a means to alleviate respiratory and health issues in minority communities residing near heavily-trafficked trucking routes. However, some minority truckers have expressed to the DCNF that these rules are causing financial strain, ultimately negating any supposed health advantages.

“A lot of our members are minority-owned small businesses,” Joe Rajkovacz, the director of governmental affairs and communications for the Western States Trucking Association, told the DCNF. “Here in California, there is a decided indifference to small business trucking by both politicians and bureaucrats.”

Randy Thomas, an African American individual, was raised in South Central Los Angeles. He was the son of a World War II veteran and had lived in California his entire life. Over the course of many decades, he successfully managed his trucking firm, gradually expanding it from a one-man operation to a company that employed 15 drivers. This growth allowed him to generate sufficient income to send all of his children to college, marking a significant milestone as they became the first in their family to have this opportunity.

However, in 2009, due to the changing regulatory landscape, Randy Thomas found himself compelled to close down his business. The financial implications of purchasing new and costly trucks to comply with the new mandates made it impractical for him to continue operating.

“I did my first trip when I was 20. Everything was going great from 1971 up until around the time that (former President Barack) Obama got into office,” Thomas told the DCNF. “By 2008, we come up with this clean truck program here. We were having all these meetings. I’m looking at the division between the environmentalists, telling us about CO2 and gases … I’m looking at the charts of what our engines that we had at that time, which were made mainly mechanical diesel, and they had no idea what engine was gonna be the engine they were writing into prospective goals. Guys are going out of business like you wouldn’t believe.”

VIDEO: Far-Left Activists Caught Doing The UNTHINKABLE

Far-left activists in Chicago, who are strongly against Israel, gathered at a conference to demand President Joe Biden to terminate U.S. aid to Israel. During the event, attendees, many of whom were wearing masks, expressed their approval of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s failed but initially threatening attack on Israel using hundreds of drones and missiles.

This attack was supposedly in retaliation for an Israeli strike that resulted in the elimination of seven high-ranking Iranian military officials, including two generals, in Damascus, Syria. The conference also witnessed the participation of numerous pro-Palestinian activists who voiced their opposition to U.S. support for Israel. They chanted slogans and advocated for Palestinian liberation while expressing resistance against U.S. policies in the region.

Hatem Abudayyeh, a representative of the U.S. Palestinian Community Network, emphasized the combined efforts of Iranian, Yemeni, and Iraqi groups in opposition to Israel. Upon suggesting that these factions could have participated in the assault on the Jewish state, attendees at the conference praised the possibility of Israeli casualties, expressing their support with cheers and applause. Subsequently, they started chanting “Hands off Iran!” and what appeared to be a call of “glory to the martyrs.” Videos of the gathering shared on the internet quickly sparked criticism.

WATCH: Liberal Mayor Demands Citizens ‘Sacrifice’ To Welcome Migrants

In a segment of an interview with CNBC that was taped in February and broadcasted on the show “Cities of Success,” Denver Mayor Mike Johnston provided his perspective on whether the city’s approach towards migrants was excessively welcoming and generous. He’s recorded as saying:

“it’s a balance. We want to be a welcoming city” but doing that without federal help “requires shared sacrifice, it requires compromise. So, we are both making cuts to city budgets to meet this financial need, and we are making cuts to the amount of services we can provide to the migrants that arrive and to the number of folks that we can serve.”

Johnston was then forced to admit that the actual amount of illegal immigrants descending upon the city was “much higher than what we thought. I will say, what we’re very proud of is, like other problems, we’ve taken this on, we’ve figured out an entrepreneurial approach, and we’ve figured out a path to solve it. Of the 40,000 migrants who have arrived in this city, as of tonight, I have a regular count, we have about 40 to 45 migrants total that are unsheltered tonight. That means 99.9% of those 40,000 have come through, gotten connected to services, housing, work, and made it successfully. So, we figured out how to run this machine, how to welcome people, get them connected to legal clinics, provide them wrap-around resources. To do that well just requires resources, and so, our challenge is, we can do it well with federal help, we can do it well with more work authorization, we can do it well with a coordinated plan for entry. Without any of those three, the work becomes tougher. But we’ve now doubled down, assuming there’s no federal help coming, and we’re going to figure it out on our own.”

Host Carl Quintanilla then asked, “What do you say to Denverites who say, we were too generous, we gave away — we opened the door too wide?”

Johnston responded, “We think it’s a balance. We want to be a welcoming city where you don’t have a woman with a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old sleeping outside in a tent in ten-degree weather in a snowstorm. That’s one of our values. And we also want to be able to provide high-quality public services to all the taxpayers. That’s also one of our values. And in this context, without any federal support, to do both of those things requires shared sacrifice, it requires compromise. So, we are both making cuts to city budgets to meet this financial need, and we are making cuts to the amount of services we can provide to the migrants that arrive and to the number of folks that we can serve.”

Breaking: Trump’s Bombshell Testimony Set To ROCK D.C.

Donald Trump, the ex-President, stated to the press on Thursday that he is willing to testify at his hush money trial in Manhattan if summoned, with the trial scheduled to commence next week.

“I’m testifying, I’ll tell the truth,” Trump said, according to The Epoch Times. “I always tell the truth, and the truth is they have no case.”

President Trump expressed his readiness to testify during a previous press conference, however, he also mentioned his anticipation for the trial to be postponed beyond the initially scheduled April 15 trial date. The appellate division of the New York Supreme Court rejected three consecutive requests to delay the trial pending appeals. As a result, the trial is now scheduled to proceed on Monday, as reported by the outlet.

The process of selecting the jury is planned to begin on April 15. On April 12, the defense raised objections regarding the judge’s inquiries towards potential jurors, requesting further investigation into those who may hold negative perceptions of the presumptive Republican nominee.

“Jury selection is largely luck. It depends who you get. It’s very unfair that I’m having a trial there [in Manhattan],” Trump said.

He also criticized New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, claiming political prejudice. The defense has submitted two appeals for the judge to disqualify himself from the case, however, the judge has already declined to withdraw once.

“It’s very unfair that we have this judge that hates Trump and has this tremendous conflict,” Trump said. “Nobody can believe this judge isn’t recusing himself, the conflict is at a level that nobody’s ever seen before.”

The outlet further reported:

“Typically a misdemeanor in New York, the falsifying business records charge is upgraded to a low class felony if it is done to conceal another crime, and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has alleged that President Trump did so to conceal “hush money” payments to influence the 2016 election cycle. Prosecutors claim that President Trump paid his former attorney Michael Cohen, the key witness in the case, $130,000 to hide an alleged affair. Defense attorneys claim payments made to Mr. Cohen were attorney’s fees.”

“The whole thing is a disgrace and it’s a disgrace to our nation,” he said.

Trump is currently involved in three other legal proceedings, although it remains uncertain whether these cases will be resolved before the upcoming November election. In Georgia, Trump and 14 co-defendants are facing charges in a racketeering case linked to their activities during the 2020 elections. Prosecutors have suggested an August trial, which is anticipated to span at least four months. Trump’s legal team argues that holding the trial close to the presidential elections would amount to clear election interference.

Meanwhile, in Florida, Trump is confronting 40 charges related to the mishandling of classified documents, with the trial originally set for May 20. However, due to the discovery of more extensive evidence than expected, the judge hinted at potential deadline adjustments. Despite this, Trump’s co-defendants are pushing for a speedy trial. If the trial cannot proceed by May 20, there may be a need to resolve the case for them without a trial.

“In Washington, President Trump faces four counts of obstruction and conspiracy for his actions on Jan. 6, 2021, and the case is heading to the Supreme Court on appeal of a pretrial motion to dismiss the case based on presidential immunity,” The Epoch Times noted.

BREAKING: U.S. Ambassador Caught SPYING On America

According to CBS News, Victor Manuel Rocha, 73, a former U.S. ambassador to Bolivia, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for acting as a Cuban intelligence agent for more than four decades. Initially denying guilt in February 2024, Rocha later changed his plea. During the legal proceedings in Miami, Judge Beth Bloom raised concerns about the plea agreement’s adequacy, noting the absence of victim restitution and citizenship revocation.

Prosecutors defended the 15-year sentence, citing Rocha’s age and health concerns. They subsequently updated the plea deal to include victim restitution, while the possibility of denaturalization will be addressed separately in civil court.

“For most of his life, Mr. Rocha lived a lie,” David Newman, a top national security official at the Justice Department said. “While holding various senior positions in the U.S. government, he was secretly acting as the Cuban government’s agent. That is a staggering betrayal of the American people.”

The specifics regarding the FBI’s suspicions of the former U.S. official’s espionage activities for Cuba remain unclear. However, court documents referenced by CBS News mention a tip received prior to November 2022. Following this tip, the FBI monitored Rocha’s interactions with an undercover agent, whom Rocha believed to be affiliated with Cuban intelligence.

According to court records, Rocha consistently viewed the U.S. as an adversary throughout the year. He expressed that the actions of the U.S. had significant and far-reaching implications. His primary concern was any U.S. activities that could jeopardize the leadership or the revolution itself, as reported by CBS News. The complaint also noted that as recently as 2017, Rocha maintained contact with his Cuban associates. He traveled from Miami to the Dominican Republic using his American passport initially, then switched to a Dominican passport for subsequent trips to Panama and Havana.

The records further reveal that the ambassador appointed by then-President Bill Clinton was advised by Cuban intelligence to lead a seemingly ordinary life. To conceal his double life, he adopted a conservative persona, as per the outlet.

Rocha held high-level security clearances, granting him access to highly confidential information. He likely provided significant assistance to Cuba, particularly during his oversight of Cuban affairs at the National Security Council and other diplomatic roles. While he was not charged with espionage, which carries harsher penalties, Rocha was convicted as a foreign agent. This lesser charge, often referred to as “espionage lite,” was pursued due to insufficient evidence for more severe allegations, potentially influenced by the passage of time since the alleged activities, according to CBS News.

Attorney General Merrick Garland described the case as “one of the most extensive and enduring penetrations of the U.S. government by a foreign agent,” as reported by the outlet.

Just In: U.S. Air Force Shoots Down Iranian Attack Drones

According to a defense official from the Daily Caller News Foundation, U.S. troops successfully intercepted Iranian attack drones that were targeting Israel. This comes as a response to Israel’s airstrikes, which resulted in the deaths of senior Iranian military commanders. Earlier on Saturday, Iran launched an attack on Israel using numerous explosive one-way attack drones, possibly Shaheds. Although it is uncertain how many drones were shot down by U.S. troops or where the interceptions occurred, efforts to protect Israel from further aerial attacks are still ongoing, as confirmed by the defense official.

“U.S. forces in the region continue to shoot down Iranian-launched drones targeting Israel,” the defense official said. “Our forces remain postured to provide additional defensive support and to protect U.S. forces operating in the region.”

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran asserted that they launched cruise missiles towards targets in Israel, as reported by Axios. In response, Israel, along with the U.S. and their allies, collaborated to intercept as many missiles as possible before they reached Israeli airspace.

Iran issued a warning to retaliate against American troops stationed in the Middle East if the Biden administration interfered in support of Israel prior to or during an attack. In anticipation of potential threats, the U.S. deployed additional military resources to the region on Friday to enhance deterrence and readiness for any potential military actions.

The White House National Security Council officially verified on Saturday evening that Iran had initiated an “aerial assault” against Israel, as stated in a press release. President Biden was receiving frequent updates on the matter and staying in touch with Israeli officials along with leaders from other nations.

“This attack is likely to unfold over a number of hours. President Biden has been clear: our support for Israel’s security is ironclad,” the statement read.
