(SNews) – Kid Rock has broken his silence on George Soros-funded Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charging Marine Daniel Penny with manslaughter over the death of Jordan Neely.
The patriotic music star called Bragg a “POS” and Penny a “hero.”
Rock also put his money where his money is and donated $5,000 to Penny’s legal defense fund.
The GiveSendGo fundraiser has raised an extraordinary $2,164,809 already.
Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy donated $10,000.
Podcaster Tim Pool also donated $20,000.
Penny stepped in with two other passengers on a New York Subway to subdue Neely, a deranged ex-con who was violently threatening other passengers.
The man tragically died and to compound the tragedy, Bragg charged Penny.
“Mr. Penny is a hero,” Kid Rock said in a message accompanying his donation.
“Alvin Bragg is a POS. Kid Rock.”
Neely has a long rap sheet with over 40 arrests.
He tried to kidnap a seven-year-old girl and punched a 67-year-old woman in the face.
Daniel Penny protected every person in that subway car. So now he’s got to pay.

The fundraising page says:
“Daniel Penny is a twenty-four-year-old college student and decorated Marine veteran, facing a criminal investigation stemming from him protecting individuals on a NYC subway train from an assailant who later died.
“Funds are being raised to pay Mr. Penny’s legal fees incurred from any criminal charges filed and any future civil lawsuits that may arise, as well as expenses related to his defense.
“All contributions are greatly appreciated.
“Any proceeds collected which exceed those necessary to cover Mr. Penny’s legal defense will be donated to a mental health advocacy program in New York City.”
