(Big League Politics) – After paleoconservative video blogger Nick Fuentes was evidently placed on the federal no fly list due to his peaceful protesting outside of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, right-wing author Michelle Malkin is demanding answers.
Malkin has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) demanding to see a list of individuals whose names have been added to the federal no fly list due to their alleged participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6.
In the request, Malkin demands access to “the policy statement outlining the processes and criteria according to which officials nominate, consider and approve names for the no-fly list, selectee list and extended selectee list.”
She also wants “all information, documents, records, and communications within the TSA and/or between TSA and the FBI regarding attendees of the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol rally and their inclusion on the no-fly list, selectee list and extended selectee list from Jan. 6, 2021 through the present.”
“I am requesting copies of all information, records, emails, phone logs/transcripts, letters, notes, memoranda, and all electronic or non-electronic communications/records/information related to aforementioned events and aforementioned parties,” Malkin added.
She also demands access to “information, documents, records, and communications within the TSA and/or between TSA and the FBI using the search terms “Nick Fuentes,” “Nicholas Fuentes,” “Nicholas J. Fuentes,” “America First,” Lauren Witzke,” “AFPAC,” or “Groypers.”’
Big League Politics has reported on how Jan. 6 has been exploited by globalists in the Republican and Democrat parties to target their political opposition with unlawful measures and expand their attacks against the U.S. Constitution:
“Federal prosecutor Michael Sherwin appeared on CBS News’ 60 Minutes on Sunday where he admitted that he charged as many people as quickly as possible regardless of the evidence to put a chilling effect on the 1st Amendment rights of Trump supporters.
“After the 6th, we had an inauguration on the 20th. So I wanted to ensure, and our office wanted to ensure that there was shock and awe that we could charge as many people as possible before the 20th,” Sherwin told CBS News.
He added: “And it worked because we saw through media posts that people were afraid to come back to D.C. because they’re like, “If we go there, we’re gonna get charged.”’
Sherwin made it clear that the feds went after people who had gone viral regardless of whether they perpetrated any violence or committed any actual crime.
“So the first people we went after, I’m gonna call the internet stars, right? The low-hanging fruit. The ‘zip-tie guy,’ the ‘rebel flag guy,’ the ‘Camp Auschwitz guy.’ We wanted to take out those individuals that essentially were thumbing their noses at the public for what they did,” Sherwin said…
Big League Politics has reported on how the government is using the events of Jan. 6 as an excuse to crackdown on civil liberties and lock down the Capitol permanently with military personnel.”
Malkin is a tireless fighter for freedom in a nation that is freefalling into tyranny, and Fuentes has become a modern civil rights hero, standing boldly for the 1st Amendment when most have been cowed into silence.
