(SNews) – President Donald Trump put ratings challenged Chris Wallace and CNN on notice when at least 12.5 million Americans watched some or all of his 2024 campaign announcement live on Tuesday night, ratings show.
Fox News had over 5.16 million total viewers and 929,000 viewers in the key 25-54 age demographic during its 9 p.m. hour.
CNN carried part of Trump’s speech and delivered a massive (for them) 2.43 million total viewers and 656,000 demo viewers at 9 p.m.
Newsmax carried Trump’s announcement live and saw a massive surge delivering 1.13 million total viewers, 195,000 were in the key demographic.
Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) carried the speech digitally across a number of platforms and claimed that it had more than 3.8 million viewers for the speech.
According to Breitbart:
That means that between Fox News, CNN, Newsmax, and RSBN, at least 12.5 million Americans watched at least part of Trump’s announcement live, an astoundingly high number for the rollout of a presidential campaign.
The media can’t quit Trump because he delivers what no one else can on a regular basis. Ratings. CNN went all in against Trump for the ratings and now they are going down the tubes.
Trump’s return may save them or save a few of the network’s star’s jobs. The left knows this and is freaking out.
CNN covering Trump’s speech live. They seem to want Trump to win so their ratings go up.

I totally agree with this.
Also, we aren’t gonna beat Trump by running against the media – we’re gonna beat him by running against him. https://t.co/0wWXKsQZXc

THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.
Bill Clinton got it that Hillary was not as popular as she thought she was, and seduced Trump into running in 2016. The Clintons directed network and cable news to “elevate” Trump to make him seem like a credible candidate. Bill Clinton 1/— tenilla (@rjmcmurphy91) November 11, 2022
