JUST IN: Ashli Babbitt VINDICATED – Media Covering It Up

Must Read

(Big League Politics) – A report obtained by Judicial Watch has shown that a Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Report that had previously been hidden from the public indicated that Ashli Babbitt was no deadly threat during the mostly-peaceful protest in the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

“Sergeant [redacted] observed Lieutenant Byrd step back just after hearing the gunshot. He did not see anything in the female protester’s hands prior to the gunshot,” the report stated.

The report showed that Babbitt had exerted no threatening behavior, and officers had not seen her engaged in the violence when she was shot to death by Lt. Michael Byrd. It seems that she was murdered only to set an example to Trump protesters that this is what happens when they stand up and demand their rights.

“She was just dressed the part…she had a Trump flag around her neck…if it wasn’t her, I mean it would have been someone else,” an officer stated, according to the report.

As of right now, Lt. Byrd has not been charged by the Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia for killing Babbitt. Her family is out to obtain justice for the Air Force veteran who has obtained martyr status among fellow patriots after her untimely and senseless murder.

Big League Politics has reported on the lawsuit filed by Babbitt’s family against the Capitol police over her slaying:

“The unnamed black officer who shot Ashli Babbit dead in a gruesome scene inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 will not be charged for any crime.

The individual, whose identity is still being protected by authorities, can be seen with a mask on pointing the gun at Babbit, who was unarmed. The usual standards that are applied to drug dealers and thugs killed by officers, regularly prompting society-wide orgies of violence as a response, have been waived for Babbit because she was a patriotic Trump-supporting Air Force veteran.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced they were closing the investigation in a press release issued on Wednesday.

“The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice will not pursue criminal charges against the U.S. Capitol Police officer involved in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt,” the DOJ announced.

“Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy. Based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” they added.

The DOJ surmised that because she joined a peaceful protest and entered a public facility, before breaching a sensitive area, the officer’s actions were insufficient to warrant criminal charges.“

Justice for Babbitt and all Jan. 6 political prisoners has become perhaps the most urgent and pressing issue for the America First movement.
