(SNews) – Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has warned the American people that Democrat President Joe Biden is not actually “running the country.”
Ramaswamy, a rising star in the GOP primary, says Biden is being used as a “puppet” by unelected bureaucrats.
The Republican, who is now polling in second place behind President Donald Trump, issued the warning at a conservative conference while speaking with radio host Erick Erickson.
