(SNews) – President Donald Trump gave a powerful address during this year’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), where he vowed to “obliterate the deep state” if re-elected in 2024.
Trump’s speech came hot off the heels of winning CPAC 2023’s straw poll for the 2024 GOP nomination.
“I will totally obliterate the deep state,” he told the conservative audience to thunderous applause and chants of “U-S-A.”
“I will fire the unelected bureaucrats and shadow forces who have weaponized our justice system like it has never been weaponized before,” he said.
“I will put the people back in charge of this country again.”
Trump also blasted Democrat President Joe Biden’s White House as the “most corrupt administration in American history.”
“Hunter Biden is a criminal and nothing happened to him,” he said.
“Joe Biden is a criminal and nothing ever seems to happen to him.
“You know – say what you want – but the Democrats stick together.”
