The recent ruling by the Supreme Court regarding the eligibility of former President Donald Trump to appear on the 2024 election ballot has been a significant development. In a unanimous decision on Monday, the court reversed the decision made by Colorado’s Supreme Court to remove Trump from the primary ballot.

The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision in December declared that Trump is disqualified from seeking office again, based on the 14th Amendment’s provision that bars individuals who participated in an insurrection after swearing to uphold the Constitution from running for office again.
This ruling specifically impacts Colorado’s election ballots and was temporarily halted until January 4th, which is the deadline for the state’s secretary of state to confirm primary candidates.
CBS News highlighted that all the judges on the Colorado court were selected by Democratic governors.
“We conclude that because President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Secretary to list President Trump as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot,” the majority’s opinion stated.
It added, “Therefore, the Secretary may not list President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, nor may she count any write-in votes cast for him.”
Needless to say, far-left radicals were NOT pleased:
The Supreme Court has betrayed democracy. Its members including Jackson, Kagan and Sotomayor have proved themselves inept at reading comprehension. And collectively the "court" has shown itself to be corrupt and illegitimate.
It must be dissolved.
