A video surfaced from the New York City courthouse where President Donald Trump’s trial is unfolding, raising significant questions about the motives behind Democrat Attorney General Letitia James’s case.
During this week’s court proceedings featuring Don Trump Jr., cameras captured AG James smirking uncontrollably while looking at the 45th president’s son.
The video adds more skepticism to the case presented by James, a long-time Democrat.

During the recent episode of “Sunday Morning Futures” on Fox News, Habba also criticized James.
The lawyer representing Trump asserts that James’s political motivations are the driving force behind the ongoing trial.
“Mrs. James wanted a headline,” Habba said.
“She campaigned on this, remember, before she was even the attorney general.
“That’s how she got the attorney general role,” Habba said.
“She campaigned on Trump, so she had to follow through, and she should really dismiss this case, it’s making her look bad, frankly, and the city needs her attention elsewhere.”
