Trump Attorney Makes BIG Move That Has Supporters Cheering

(CBrief) – An attorney for former President Donald Trump has indicated that he may look to have a mistrial declared in the New York fraud case against Trump and his business brought by the state’s Attorney General Letitia James.

The attorney, Christopher Kise, cited a report from Breitbart News’s Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle as the basis for the action.

The report claims that the top clerk for New York County Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, Allison Greenfield, “appears to have violated judicial rules preventing officers of the court from making excessive political donations.”

“There’s a news story out [today]…about particular political contributions made by your court staff…it raises questions of impartiality,” the attorney said, Law360’s Stewart Bishop reported.

He said the “defense will have to give serious consideration to seeking a mistrial.”

The judge appeared to have a tantrum at the accusation and got frustrated with the attorney.

“It’s not information, it’s an allegation!” the judge said.

“This idea someone has notified me, absolutely untrue, absolutely untrue,” he said before casting aspersions at the news organization,”…I’ll let everyone in the room think what they will about Breitbart.”

The Breitbart News report claimed that the judge was informed of the possible violation in a complaint filed by a third party.

“It appears Engoron was advised of Greenfield’s violations in a 72-page complaint addressed to his court via email that was also filed with the New York State Bar Association the same day he decided to issue a gag order against former President Donald Trump in his case currently playing out in Engoron’s Manhattan courtroom,” the report said.

The report claimed that “in 2022 alone, Greenfield gave thousands of dollars” in political contributions that allegedly exceeded a $500 threshold for court officials in aggregate donations for a calendar year.

The donations, which can be found in New York’s elections database, total several thousand dollars. She gave $200 to the Four Freedoms Democratic Club in New York on May 2, 2022. She gave $175 to the Chelsea Reform Democratic Club in New York on April 5, 2022—and gave that group another $210 on July 25, 2022. She gave $350 to the West Side Democrats, Inc. in New York on June 15, 2022. She gave $50 more to New Yorkers For Alex Bores on Sept. 8, 2022. On Oct. 26, 2022, she gave another $50 to the Four Freedoms Democratic Club. On Sept. 12, 2022, Greenfield gave $100 to the Grand Street Democrats.

On Dec. 2, 2022, Greenfield gave another $100 to Hell’s Kitchen Democrats. On Nov. 10, 2022, and on Nov. 21, 2022, Greenfield gave $250 each time to Downtown Independent Democrats. On Sept. 6, 2022, she gave $250 to Village Independent Democrats. On Dec. 27, 2022, Greenfield gave $500 to the Jim Owles Liberal Democratic Club. She gave that group another $500 spread over two $250 donations back on June 1, 2022, as well. On March 3, 2022, she gave $50 to Sivin for New York.

On March 10, 2022, Greenfield gave another $100 to Sivin for New York. On May 15, 2022, she gave another $125 to Sivin for New York. She gave $25 to the New York County Democratic Committee on Feb. 13, 2022. She gave the New York County Democratic Committee another $50 on July 17, 2022.

“It’s a disgrace. And many members of the family are under a gag order, so they can’t even defend themselves,” Ohio Republican Sen. J.D. Vance said on X, formerly Twitter, about the allegations.

U.N. Announces Terrifying New Global Plan

(SNews) – The United Nations (UN) is launching a new effort that seeks to usher in plans promoted by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to ensure that all members of the public have been issued global “digital IDs” by the year 2030.

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is launching a project to advance the agenda, which the UN claims will be implemented “inclusively.”

The project is based on what’s known as “digital public infrastructure,” aka, DPI.

The unelected globalist organization’s justification for demanding that the human race be pinned down with “digital IDs” is the alleged necessity to reach the UN’s sustainable development goals (SDGs).

DPI is a recently emerged buzzword used by bureaucrats and corporate elites during discussions about using technology to rob the public of their freedoms.

The push for DPI – i.e. “Digital IDs,” vaccine passports, and central bank digital currencies (CBDC) – is being championed by the globalist WEF.

The plan is also being backed and advanced by Bill Gates and his foundation, the UN, and the European Union (EU).

Global elites claim DPIs are being promoted to aid development in several ways.

However, what often gets lost in corporatespeak is that the push for DPI is a ruse to speed up the introduction of digital IDs and payments, with a deadline of 2030.

November 8 is the date when the UNDP is implementing its “50in5” program.

The UN described the project as advancing “the conversation around the development of safe, inclusive and interoperable digital public infrastructure (DPI).”

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has been a part of the project’s launch.

The group’s “Digital Public Goods Alliance and Co-Develop” has been endorsing DPIs from its inception.

The plan to roll out the global digital IDs by 2030 is meant to include all citizens of UN member-states

50 countries are designated as global testbeds, where the DPI in question will receive a concerted push from said entities.

Unsurprising, the technology will be tested in third-world countries – Africa (sub-Saharan, particularly) and India before being rolled out globally before 2030.

In September, the WEF came out with a series of articles pushing for DPI enforcement.

The WEF promises that the new “cashless societies” and digital IDs will be welcomed by the public due to their “zero-knowledge tech.”

And of course, the WEF is only “thinking about the children” while pursuing this new technology.

Joe Biden LIVID As Republicans Move To End His Big Plan

(SNews) – A Republican congressman has introduced a new bill aimed at blocking taxpayer funds from being used to advance Democrat President Joe Biden’s green agenda policies.

On Friday morning, Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) introduced the “No American Climate Corps Act.”

The bill prohibits the Biden administration from deploying federal funds to bankroll the American Climate Corps program and the Justice40 Initiative.

Both programs are signature elements of Biden’s globalist climate agenda.

The American Climate Corps is a green jobs training program.

The Justice40 Initiative, meanwhile, fuses principles of far-left “social justice” into the administration’s massive green spending.

Justice40 establishes an administration-wide goal to have 40% of the overall benefits of climate spending flow to “disadvantaged communities.”

“The Biden administration is running full steam ahead with its economy crippling climate agenda while families are struggling to make ends meet,” Good told the Daily Caller.

“My bill would prevent President Biden from unleashing a 20,000-strong climate army on the American people.”

Over 200 Energy Department and Environmental Protection Agency funding programs are aligned with the Justice40 Initiative.

According to the White House, the categories of spending covered by the Justice40 Initiative include “climate change, clean energy and energy efficiency, clean transit, affordable and sustainable housing, training and workforce development, remediation and reduction of legacy pollution and the development of critical clean water and wastewater infrastructure.”

The program is designed to train about 20,000 people to find work in climate-related fields, according to the White House.

It includes facilitating pathways to working in the federal civil service

An earlier iteration of the green jobs training program did not make it into what became the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

Congressional Republicans opposed the program largely because of its potential costs, according to The Associated Press.

Despite the initial setback, many Democrats, including radical Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA), pressed the White House to implement the American Climate Corps via executive action.

They demanded Biden take action to demonstrate his commitment to treating climate change as an emergency, according to the AP.

Environmentalist groups also urged Biden to follow through with the American Climate Corps, despite its exclusion from the IRA.

The White House has not yet unveiled a price tag for the program.

However, Biden’s initial plan allocated $10 billion for the program before it was removed from the bill.

The administration is seeking to transform the fossil fuel-dependent energy system to “Net Zero” carbon dioxide emissions by 2035.

Biden is also aiming to achieve the same goal for the overall American economy by 2050.

The White House has characterized Biden’s agenda as including “the most ambitious climate actions in U.S. history.”

(TStarnes) – The other day I received a note from a colleague who had been shopping at Target. He came across a “Christmas Pride” display. One of the ornaments on the shelf was a black, queer Nutcracker.

A quick glance at Target’s website shows that they have truly decided to don their gay apparel this Yuletide season.

The big box retailer has everything from rainbow colored snowflake ornaments to gay pride wrapping paper.

And instead of topping your Christmas tree with an angel or a star, Target recommends a rainbow-colored tree-topper.

For most of the nation Jesus is the reason for the season, but at Target, homosexuality is the reason for the season.

In recent years Target has completely embraced the LGBT movement – decorating stores with massive exhibits during Gay Pride month. Last June they sold transgender-themed merchandise marketed for young children.

And, of course, they were among the first major companies to welcome men into women’s dressing rooms and bathrooms.

Target CEO Brian Cornell told CNBC that the boycotts launched by concerned parents and conservative Christians put his employees in danger.

“This is my 10th holiday season at Target. You and I have been talking almost every quarter during those ten years. We’ve seen natural disasters. We’ve seen the impact of COVID leading up to the pandemic, some of the violence that took place after George Floyd’s murder. But I would tell you what I saw back in May is the first time since I’ve been in this job where I had store team members saying it’s not safe to come to work,” Cornell said.

Target’s chief executive officer literally believes that church-going Americans are more of a threat to the nation than Black Lives Matter protesters.

(SNews) – A top Hamas official has vowed that the terrorist group will continue launching deadly terror attacks against Israel until the Jewish state is “annihilated.”

Ghazi Hamad said during a recent interview that Hamas is ready to repeat its October 7 terrorist attack, dubbed the “Al-Aqsa Flood,” until every Jewish person in Israel has been murdered.

Hamad vows that Hamas will repeat the horrific attacks “again and again” until Israel is “finished.”

He made the remarks during an interview late last month on LBC TV, a Lebanese news channel.

The interview was filmed after Hamas terrorists murdered 1,400 Israelis, wounded 5,300+, and kidnapped approximately 240, including American citizens.

“Israel is a country that has no place on our land,” Hamad declared.

“We must remove that country, because it constitutes a security, military, and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nation, and must be finished.

“We are not ashamed to say this, with full force.”

“We must teach Israel a lesson, and we will do this again and again,” he said.

“The Al-Aqsa Flood is just the first time, and there will be a second, a third, a fourth, because we have the determination, the resolve, and the capabilities to fight.

“Will we have to pay a price?

“Yes, and we are ready to pay it.

“We are called a nation of martyrs, and we are proud to sacrifice martyrs.”

Later in the interview, Hamad said that “the occupation must come to an end.”

He added that he was not just talking about Gaza, but all of what he claimed were “the Palestinian lands.”

“Does that mean the annihilation of Israel?” the interview asked.

“Yes, of course,” Hamad confirmed.

“The existence of Israel is illogical,” he concluded.

“The existence of Israel is what causes all that pain, blood, and tears.

“It is Israel, not us. We are the victims of the occupation. Period.

“Therefore, nobody should blame us for the things we do.

Breaking: Leftists Turn on Dem Senator Fetterman

(SNews) – Far-left Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) has outraged his leftist base by declaring his support for Israel following the recent Hamas terror attacks against the Jewish state.

Sen. Fetterman’s position has provoked a backlash from the progressive Left as many of his supporters pressumedly assumed the radical lawmaker would stand with the Hamas terrorist group.

According to NBC News, many of Fetterman’s supporters are accusing the controversial senator of betraying his base and being “silent on genocide.”

Fetterman has publicly stated that he supports Israel’s military retaliation against Hamas for the October 7 terrorist attacks that killed over 1,400 people in the Jewish state.

After the surprise Hamas terror attack, Fetterman, known as a progressive champion, declared:

“I unequivocally support any necessary military, intelligence, and humanitarian aid to Israel.

“The United States has a moral obligation to be in lockstep with our ally as they confront this threat.

“I also fully support Israel neutralizing the terrorists responsible for this barbarism.”

The NBC report noted that although this statement was in line with his party’s position on the issue, “he has perhaps faced more open opposition than any of his colleagues.”

This opposition has come “from people who have been his supporters and, in some cases, his former staffers,” the report notes.

An anonymous former Fetterman campaign staffer explained the spat between Fetterman and his supporters, stating:

“When you represent a large, diverse state and have pockets of really progressive, lefty people — and really conservative people on the other spectrum — you’re going to run afoul of somebody sometimes.

“Sometimes it’s going to be people who are in your base.”

Far-left figures across the United States, such as members of the Democratic Socialists of America and particularly those on U.S. college campuses, have been vocal in denouncing Israel since the country suffered the brutal attacks.

Many have claimed that Hamas targeted Israel in retaliation for alleged oppression and “genocide” of the Palestinian people.

Citing the Philadelphia Inquirer, the NBC News report added that about 200 pro-Hamas demonstrators shut down a street in front of Fetterman’s Philadelphia office.

The report added that some “paraded a large puppet depicting him wearing a shirt that read ‘silent on genocide.’”

The outlet noted that this was “the second protest in front of that office in as many weeks, and it was in addition to smaller protests the same day at Fetterman’s other Pennsylvania branches.”

Additionally, labor attorney and Russia Today contributor Dan Kovalik confronted Fetterman in person at an event in Pittsburgh over the weekend.

Kovalik pressed the lawmaker “about backing a cease-fire.”

The report added that the attorney “was later physically removed from the venue.”

He was thrown out of the venue by a man dressed in a Fetterman costume for Halloween.

Meanwhile, former members of Fetterman’s staff also published a letter condemning the senator’s support for Israel last month, claiming it “has felt like a gutting betrayal.”

The NBC report noted that despite these efforts among his progressive base to get him to change his tune, he “hasn’t buckled.”

It mentioned a recent Twitter/X post in which Fetterman claimed there could be a ceasefire only “after Hamas is neutralized.”

The outlet also reported that after meeting with family members of hostages taken in the Oct. 7 attack last week, Fetterman hung photos of hostages outside his Senate office.

Fetterman’s people have dismissed criticism of his approach.

They told NBC News they believe it “doesn’t represent widespread dismay with his handling of the outbreak of violence in the Middle East.”

“Rather, they said, it is the result of a few loud voices who have dominated the discussion on social media,” the outlet added.

On the other hand, center-left Jewish groups have “been encouraged by his unwavering commitment in light of the increased violence.”

Still, his detractors say that Fetterman doesn’t have sincere views on Israel, “rather, they say he’s playing politics,” NBC News added.

Far-left strategist Waleed Shahid told the outlet, “I don’t think this is a sincerely held belief by the senator or his staff,” suggesting he was afraid of pro-Israel lobbying groups.

“And I don’t even think Fetterman is alone in that … I think a majority of Democrats in Congress fear the electoral and political consequences from groups like (the American Israel Public Affairs Committee) and (Democratic Majority for Israel) if they were to offer even a little bit of criticism of the Israeli government,” Shahid said.

Top Dem’s Home RAIDED By Feds

(SNews) – Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents have raided the home of Brianna Suggs, the top fundraiser for New York City’s Democrat Mayor Eric Adams, according to reports.

The FBI searched the Brooklyn home of Suggs on Thursday, according to the New York Times.

Suggs is a campaign consultant who is deeply entwined with efforts to advance the Democrat mayor’s agenda.

The raid prompted Adams to abruptly cancel several meetings scheduled for Thursday morning in Washington, D.C..

Adams was scheduled to talk to White House officials and members of Congress about the influx of migrants in New York and other major cities.

Instead, he hurriedly returned to New York “to deal with a matter,” a spokesman for the mayor said.

A LinkedIn profile belonging to Suggs lists her as the “Fundraiser and Director of Logistics” of Adams’ 2021 mayoral campaign.

Suggs also lists Adams under her past and current clients on her business website.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Southern District as well as the FBI have yet to make a public statement about the operation.

Vito Pitta, Adams 2021 campaign counsel, said in a statement:

“The campaign has always held itself to the highest standards.

“The campaign will of course comply with any inquiries, as appropriate.”

Shortly before the raid, Adams tweeted a video with the caption:

“On my way to D.C. to join my fellow mayors to talk with our federal partners about the asylum seeker crisis.”

“We are headed to D.C. to meet with our Congressional delegation and the White House to address this real issue of the asylum and migrant issue in our city and we will keep you updated as the day goes,” Adams said in a clip of him sitting in an airplane.

A spokesperson for the mayor later revealed that “The mayor returned to New York City to address a matter.

“These meetings will be rescheduled as soon as possible,” the spokesperson said.

According to the NY Times, a “person with knowledge of the raid” said agents from one of the public corruption squads in the FBI’s New York office questioned Suggs during the search of her home.

An FBI spokesman confirmed that “we are at that location carrying out law enforcement action,” referring to Suggs’s home in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.

In the past two years, Adams’s re-election campaign has paid Suggs nearly $100,000 for fundraising and campaign consulting services via her company, Suggs Solutions, according to city records.

His first mayoral campaign paid her more than $50,000.

Suggs has also registered as a lobbyist.

State records indicate that a real estate concern hired Suggs, via an intermediary, to lobby the mayor’s office and the New York City Council on its behalf in 2022.

Suggs worked as an aide to Adams when he was Brooklyn borough president, and Ingrid Lewis-Martin — currently the mayor’s top adviser — was his deputy.

A key ally’s political action committee, Striving for a Better New York, which promised to support state candidates aligned with Adams on policy matters, has paid Suggs roughly $100,000.

Top Judge OVERRULES Everything… Orders New Election

(SNews) – A Connecticut judge has just overturned the results of the Bridgeport Democrat mayoral primary due to election fraud.

Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new election due to the overwhelming evidence of ballot fraud presented before his court.

Clark cited explosive video evidence of election fraud as the basis for his bombshell ruling.

The decision has far-reaching implications, not just for Bridgeport but for the entire country, as the Gateway Pundit notes.

The ruling sets a precedent for ongoing and future cases involving mail-in ballot fraud.

As Slay News previously reported, the campaign of mayoral candidate John Gomes published damning video evidence of election fraud in the Bridgeport Democrat primary.

The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.

“Video surveillance proving that the mayoral election was unequivocally stolen through corruption within City Hall by tampering with absentee ballots,” John Gomes said on his Facebook page.

“This is an undeniable act of voter suppression and a huge civil rights violation. It’s time to restore lasting credibility to our city’s democracy. Once and for ALL. Enough is enough!” he added.

As Slay News reported last month, a Democrat election clerk has admitted under oath during a bombshell testimony in a Connecticut court that she has been ignoring the law regarding the handling of mail-in ballots.

Bridgeport Democratic Registrar of Voters Patricia Howard admitted in court that she had not been following Connecticut law regarding the handling of mail-in ballots.

The law mandates that each absentee ballot must be signed off by the town clerk, and if this requirement is not met, the ballot cannot be counted.

During the court proceedings, Bill Bloss, the Attorney for John Gomes, questioned Howard about her awareness of the state’s requirements for absentee ballots:

Lawyer: “Were you aware that the Secretary of State says that an outer envelope, the endorsement of the town clerk, must show the date, the precise time the clerk received the ballot, and the clerk’s signature?

Clerk: Honestly, no.

Lawyer: And were you aware that if the Secretary of Estate says in Exhibit 126, if an outer envelope does not substantially comply with this requirement, the ballot cannot be counted?

Clerk: That’s what it says

Lawyer: Did you know that?

Clerk: Now I do.

Lawyer: Okay, I guess maybe I should ask, did you know that? Did you know that on September 12th?

Clerk: No, I didn’t.

Lawyer: And did you ever instruct your absentee ballot moderator that that was the rule?

Clerk: We go over the manual.

Lawyer: You went over this manual with the absentee ballot moderator?

Clerk: Actually, this is new to me about the signature. I’m not clear, so that means I haven’t read the book thoroughly and properly, like I should have in this instance.

Gomes lost to incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim in the Democratic primary by a narrow margin of 251 votes, according to the most recent preliminary count posted on the Secretary of the State’s website.

Ganim won the absentee vote tally 1,545 to 779, while Gomes led on the voting machines.

The incumbent Democrat mayor has previously been convicted on fraud charges.
